Dr Liu did an excellent job explaining surgical options and performing the tooth extraction. Alisa was friendly and helpful in coordinating the appointments and payment and other details.

It begins with the Intake Staff. Helpful, patient, courteous, clear communicators. Next, Dental Assistant. Pleasant, professional, efficiently prepared me for procedure. Dr. Liu clearly explained the procedure and gave reassuring responses to all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly and comfortably. Excellent instructions for post-procedure care. I am highly impressed and very appreciative of every aspect of the service I received.

I had never had surgery from a Periodontist before. I sure am glad I was referred over to Dr. Nordlie and the whole team at Puget Sound Periodontics. Everything was handled so smoothly and so well. They really do care, they scheduled me in at the last minute for a follow-up and had answers to all my questions. I have never experienced such great care as I have here. Thank you so much!

Want to start this off by saying I do not write review, not good ones, not bad ones, never. But this needed to be known to anyone in need. We called this office while desperately looking for urgent help for chronic tooth pain, and they were the only office that seemed to care (out of the 6 i called!). Although they couldn’t see me today, But not from a lack of caring or trying, Kristina at the front desk went above and beyond. She stayed on the phone with me while I was panicking and embarrassed, reassured me there was nothing to be ashamed of, and took the time to find and provide a list of oral surgery offices they regularly refer patients to, emailed me the list with phone numbers, addresses, doctors names, along with a list of general dentistry as I had also mentioned I was in need of one for basic dental care, All of this was done even though we not even patients. After reading other reviews, I can see why this office is so well loved. If this is the level of care starting at the front desk, I can only imagine how great the rest of the experience is. I will absolutely keep this office in mind for future care for myself, friends and family. 5 stars is not enough

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nordlie and the entire team at Puget Sound Periodontics & Implants—Kristine, Alysa, Anna, Rosa, Scott, and everyone in the office. I came in during a very frustrating and painful situation, and they went above and beyond to get me in last minute. Dr. Nordlie even stayed late to see me despite having a brand-new baby waiting for him at home. This office truly puts patients first. Every visit I’m greeted with smiles and kindness. Dr. Nordlie never ignored a single call or text from me, no matter how dramatic I may have been, which meant more than I can say. Kristine and Alysa always found a way to fit me into the schedule, often the same day. When I stopped by for copies of my records, I was helped immediately and given everything I needed in a neatly organized folder within minutes. I know I can be a difficult patient, but I was always treated with patience, compassion, and respect. I will forever recommend this office. Truly top-tier care and service!

I had a few dental cleaning with Angelica - and she is soo great! Her way to administer pain medication was very gentle and I felt very comfortable during procedure. She was very thorough with each tooth and used warm water for cleaning - it was luxurious experience . Also she knows how to approach individually to patient and implements deep medical knowledge and understanding of their needs. Angelica follows up after appointment sending over all this super helpful tips to keep my gums healthy. It was great to get a recap of everything we discussed, and I really felt taking cared of. I was very impressed and satisfied with her dental care and looking forward for my next dental visit!❤️

Had to have an emergency implant after car accident and even tho I am terrified of dentists and high anxiety they were beyond patient and kind. Helped me calm down and so the follow up even I didn’t have much anxiety to sit in the chair. Dr Liu is amazing and can not thank him enough for making this tragic situation so much easier to go thru. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and so helpful! Highly recommend here! They are the best! Definitely if I need anything else down the road I’m not going anywhere else but here!
